Advanced Materials
Boston Applied Technologies, Inc. (BATi) 's basic technology includes the state-of-the-art OptoCeramicTM materials in bulk and thin-film forms, both for solid-state, ultra-fast light controlling devices which have a large variety of bio-medical applications and remote sensing applications. BATi also provides innovative ferro-electric, megneto-optic and other funcional materials with low cost. BATi's scintillators, faster and brighter, are developed for medical imaging, nuclear medicine/therapy and nuclear physics.

Boston Applied Technologies, Inc. (BATi) provides functional materials, compact photonic devices, and complete imaging systems. All these are accompanied by easy-to-use, powerful control and analysis software. Our products are based on state-of-the-art OptoCeramicTMmaterials, utilizing polarization and florescence from visible to infrared light, combining expertise in optics, fiber optics and packaging. Applications include: life science, pharmaceutical research, dentistry, remote sensing, agriculture, new energy exploration, nuclear medicine/therapy, nuclear physics, environmental monitoring and telecommunications.
